Tech Lead for our Software Architecture (m/f/d)

- You take ownership of the technical architecture - you are responsible for the development of our web app and ensure its scalability and flexibility (towards end customers & partners) by building external interfaces (APIs) and by making forward-looking, technical architecture decisions
- You will work closely with the product & business team to define our tech and testing roadmap, lead the implementation of technical projects, and you will be directly involved in the development of technical features and the resolution of critical bugs
- You build a best-in-class tech organization - In close coordination with the leadership and product teams, you will build the tech team and mentor and develop your developer team on a daily basis

What should you bring along?
- You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or similar, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of software / app development with languages / technologies mentioned below
- You have very good programming and architectural skills in one or more of our programming languages (Javascript, Typescript, Vue.js or comparable (React, Angular))
- You have a very good understanding of scalable software architecture and ideally experience with components of our architecture (MongoDB, Docker, Google Cloud, Redis, Elasticsearch) as well as experience with microservices and APIs
- You have already gained initial experience in mentoring junior developers and would like to further develop your leadership skills and holistically advance the topic of tech with teamwork and communication skills
- You are constantly educating yourself and have a passion for learning new technologies and are energized by the daily challenges in a start-up environment and motivated to take full responsibility for projects with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm
- You are fluent in English. German is a plus, but not a basic requirement for this role
